These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets by HOW TICKETS, with registered office at 47 Cantersteen, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. By using the website uk.howtickets.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
HOW TICKETS offers tickets for sale for concerts, sporting events and shows in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Tickets are delivered electronically (e-tickets) and include a unique QR code.
Tickets are offered subject to availability. HOW TICKETS reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per order.
Orders are made exclusively online at uk.howtickets.com. The customer selects the desired tickets, provides their details and proceeds to secure payment.
The order is validated once payment has been made and confirmed by our payment system.
An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
Ticket prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Payment is made by credit/debit card via the secure payment provider Stripe.
HOW TICKETS uses state-of-the-art technology to secure transactions made on its website.
An invoice is issued and sent by email after order validation.
E-tickets are sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
Tickets are delivered 7 days before the event.
Tickets are provided in PDF format and include a unique QR code.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for leisure events where a specific date or period is provided. No refund is possible except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organiser.
HOW TICKETS guarantees 100% authenticity of tickets sold.
For multiple orders, adjacent seats are guaranteed.
In case of problems, the customer is invited to contact customer service to find a solution.
In case of cancellation by the organiser, tickets will be fully refunded.
In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date.
A cancellation insurance option is available at purchase. Insurance terms are specified during the order process.
HOW TICKETS shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of tickets.
HOW TICKETS cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure affecting the performance of its obligations.
